Custom AI for the back office · Hosted in Canada

Paperwork,declared obsolete.

Filing, invoices, phones, prospects: the paperwork your office does by hand, done by AI inside the tools you already use. A person signs off. The data never leaves Canada.

A private Ontario company. Not a government agency. Owner of YourFuse.
A 1970s corridor of filing cabinets, one clerk walking into the dark with an armful of folders

Then

Three hours a day, by hand.

One clerk, a corridor of cabinets, and a filing system that lived in somebody's head. Every decade promised to end it. Every small office still has one.

The file is in there somewhere.

Now

Done by the system.

An email arrives. The attachment is read, matched to its file, filed with a clear name, and logged. Anything unclear waits for a person. A person reads the log and the short review list.

Doctrine

Four rules. No exceptions.

Autonomy.

An agent acts alone only where a mistake is cheap and reversible.

Every system we build has one of four settings for every action: never, draft only, act and log, act alone. Filing a copy is act and log. Sending an email is draft only. Paying a bill is never. The settings are written down before launch and shown in your portal.

Accountability.

A named person answers for every agent, and can switch it off.

The agent runs under its own account with the least access that does the job. The log shows every action, the document it touched and why. The owner has the off switch in the portal. When it gets something wrong, we fix the rule, not the person.

Reassignment.

Work moves to people; people don't move to the machine.

Before we build, we write down which work moves off whose desk and what they do instead. Someone reads the log and the review list. That is minutes a day, not the hours the job took. If nobody is better off, we don't build it.

Residency.

Your data stays in your country. That is a conviction, not a feature.

We run in cloud regions in the country your business is in, Canada by default, or on your own hardware. Your data never trains an outside model. We will say no to a tool that cannot meet that, even when it is cheaper. Most of our clients handle other people's personal information; that is the standard they are held to, so it is ours.

Questions

Are you part of the government?

No. Canadian Intelligence Agency Inc. is a private company registered in Ontario. "Intelligence" here means artificial intelligence. We are not connected to any government or intelligence service.

Have you built this kind of thing before?

Almost certainly. We have been building business software for 30 years, and AI automation is an extension of that work. See the operations and dossiers.

Where does my data go?

It stays in the country your business is in: Canadian cloud servers for Canadian clients, a US region for US clients, or your own hardware. It is never used to train outside AI models.

Do I need a tech person?

No. You tell us where the hours go. We build it, set it up, connect it to your tools, and show your team how to use it.

Will we have to switch tools?

No. We build inside what you already use, like Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Xero and HubSpot.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Anything it isn't sure about goes to a short review list for a person. Nothing important is deleted or sent without a human check. The rules are in our doctrine.
