How the Canadian Intelligence Agency handles the information you share with us. We are built around data sovereignty, and this notice explains what that means in practice.

We only collect what you choose to give us. Specifically:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train public AI models.
By submitting a form or emailing us, you consent to our use of the information for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights). If we ever want to use your information for a new purpose, we will ask first.
Form and portal data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the Canadian region (Montreal, northamerica-northeast1), so it stays on Canadian soil. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Google acts as our service provider (data processor) and may process limited technical data in accordance with its own terms; we configure our storage to remain in Canada.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, under confidentiality obligations:

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and an invitation-only, authenticated portal for any confidential documents. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to keep it in Canada.
If we send you commercial email, we comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): we send it only with a lawful basis, identify ourselves, and include a way to unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
